Deep Fried Curry Cream Cheese Squares

2 strips Bacon Chopped
2 cup Cauliflower Chopped
2 cup Kale chopped
2 Jalapeno peppers Chopped
2 tbps Horizon Organic Cream Cheese
2 tsp Curry Powder (more if you like it hot)
Salt to taste
1-2 cups Coconut oil (for deep drying)
1 Cup Almond meal/flour
1-2 eggs (whisked)


  • Chop up the uncooked bacon and fry until almost cooked in a skillet
  • Add the chopped jalapeno pepper and cook for few minutes
  • Add the chopped cauliflower and cook until tender
  • Add the chopped kale and cook until it has wilted
  • Once all the vegetables are cooked, lower the heat and add the cream cheese, curry powder & salt. Mix it all in.
  • Take it off the heat once the cream cheese has melted.
  • Spread this molten goodness in a tin foil lined baking tray
  • Freeze it until the cream cheese has hardened.
  • Cut the frozen slab into good size squares.
  • Heat the oil in a saucepan. You’re going to need enough oil here to deep fry the squares.
  • Coat the squares with the whisked egg. Bolt off the excess egg.
  • Cost in the almond flour and deep fry until golden brown.
